Small plot located in the Salnés Valley, in the municipality of Meaño, which is more than one hundred years old and trained on a trellis. The mild climate, abundant rainfall and good sunshine, as well as a terroir of decomposed granite and rich in organic matter, are conducive to obtaining fresh and light wines.

Manual selection of the bunches on the estate, which are then trodden with the feet and left to ferment spontaneously with their indigenous yeasts. Gentle pressing with a manual press and aging for nine months in French oak barrels. Subsequent blending and aging for two more months in stainless steel tanks. Rough filtering and addition of SO2 in moderate doses before bottling.

Light and elegant wine of low alcohol content, but with a great personality in the mouth.
