Small plot located in the Salnés Valley, in the municipality of Meaño, which is more than one hundred years old and is trained on a trellis. The mild climate, abundant rainfall, but also good sunshine, as well as a terroir of decomposed granite and rich in organic matter, produce a light and elegant wine with a low alcohol content, but with a great personality in the mouth.
The grapes are selected by hand at the vineyard and then destemmed and left to ferment spontaneously with its indigenous yeasts, gently pressed with a manual press and aged for nine months in French oak barrels of third use, assembled and aged for a further two months in stainless steel tanks. Rough filtering and addition of SO2 in moderate doses before bottling.
